Hello thank your for leaving a feedback, Im sorry there was a confusion with your visit. Basic beard trims start at $12+ meaning no hot towel or razor. Beard shave is $25 with razor and hot towel. Your haircut was a buzz cut which is $12 totaling $37 + $5.55 your tip that you selected. You paid $42.55 for a haircut and hot beard shave. Please feel free to call around and ask how much they charge for a hot shave. However the haircut and beard shave was a good experience for you. We have the best prices in town. I was disappointed with my visit. I asked for a buzz cut and a beard trim. When complete, the girl told me it was $45. I was surprised and told her I would like to pay with card. She then opened up the iPad on the wall to input the sale. She selected buzz cut for $12 and then added a miscellaneous sale of $25 to cover the beard trim. She told me the price was therefore actually $37. I paid this and left. I also gave a tip which I regret! From looking at their Facebook page since, I see that the beard trim price is $12. I feel that I was overcharged because I told the girl during my visit that I was a tourist and I would be leaving Santa Barbara the next day. She knew that I would not be a repeat customer so she tried to charge me as much as possible.

You got the cut you asked for which was an undercut! Xanthia took the time to part your hair, you hair was slightly off since your hair is so thick and you didnt pull your hair up correctly.
