Bill- While we regret that the Bridal party shared with you that they had a less than satisfactory experience, during their visit and even after, each one expressed that they loved their looks. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot we can do to remedy a situation if the client doesn't express dissatisfaction until long after the fact.

Our bridal party of four was getting hair styles and airbrush makeup done. The bride was not happy with the Marilyn Monroe hairstyle done. The rest of our hairstyles we were happy with. Now the airbrushing makeup was morbid. We were pasty white, and looked as though we were decked out for a zombie funeral on Halloween. We were not asked if we had allergies, to products. So unacknowledged about makeup two of us reacted to latex. We had stinging when the product was applied and the person applying said it would go away. Well it went away, but later came back as bloodshot eyes, swelling, and severe irritation of the eyes. If we did not have an antihistamine medicine consequences could have been at an emergency status.

i got my hair dyed here and it has random strips of bleach blonde in my black hair and overall just looks horrible and was very expensive. i also heard multiple employees saying inappropriate words.
Bought a Groupon and thought to give this place a try. It ended up being the worst experience I ever had. The stylist didn't have a smile, no greeting the whole time, and you could tell she was very stressed and had no interest in dealing with me. The deep conditioner part, she basically just washed my hair and used the conditioner from a big bottle and let me sit under the warmer for 10 mins. I think I could do a much better deep conditioning at home on my own. The cutting part, I told her I needed a trim and she ended up she just cutting 1/4 inch off the end of my hair without bothering to trim any layers. And finally, drying my hair. She couldn't find any round brush or the right tools to finish drying my hair. She just used her fingers, no styling and didn't even completely dry my hair. I looked at her work station, all she had is a small comb and a basic dryer. I am not sure if I could call her a hair stylist. What a big disappointment!!! No customer service and no skill at all! I thought Groupon was for helping businesses build a stronger customer base, not just to make some quick money!
