Thank you for your feedback! As you mentioned, we repeatedly attempted to get your posing and the lighting to match the photo you provided me to match while in the studio. Also as you recall, I sent the photos out for additional editing, and when you were still unsatisfied I immediately issued a refund since you were still unhappy. Please let me first say I feel like what I was looking for and expecting was impossible, but my expectations were not put into realistic proportions. I had a photo I was trying to recreate exactly, I reached out to Jenny and she said she would be able to recreate the photo. We spent a fair amount of time trying to recreate the shot and I even approved and accepted a photo before I left only to realize when I recieved the photo nothing was like the original. The lighting was different, the angle was different, and honestly the vibe / I am different (which of course is not Jenny's fault). I'm just so disappointed... I was really looking forward to this. Jenny was great to work with and I feel like for any other shot she would do a fantastic job... this again just wasn't what I expected.

She then patiently guides you through the photo shoot and makes sure she captured each image with care and attention to detail.
