Hi April, Thank you for taking the time to review us and for your feedback. We are different to the majority of salons in the industry in that we do not take a booking fee, however we do communicate in our literature, booking confirmations and reminders our 24 cancellation policy. This is in place to protect the business as last minute cancellations are difficult to fill at such short notice. All bookings are held exclusively for the client when an appointment is made, which means we cannot book anyone else in at that time. My first visit was 5/5 but unfortunately I had to call on the morning of my second visit to let them know I'd been called to a meeting in Bristol and would need to reschedule. I thought they may have been a bit more understanding of clients work commitments however they still asked me to pay a 50% cancellation fee. I decided not to reschedule and won't be going back. It's a shame that they would rather take a one off 50% fee than retain a regular client. In summary, I would recommend their services but don't book if you have a chance of something popping up as you'll end up paying for it!
Hi Tom, Thank you for your feedback, and I do apologise that we were not available when you came down. Due to annual leave we were only able to take bookings until 6:30 on this particular day and had to close shortly after. It seems we just missed each other unfortunately. It is rare that we close earlier than our advertised opening hours and I apologise that this was not made clear on this occasion. Just had gel nails treatment with Vanessa . Havent visited the salon before . Vanessa was fantastic - my nails were in a terrible state but she took loads of time to manicure and shape then and now they look great! Going for a massage on Thursday and looking forward to it!
Hi Phoebe, Thank you for your feedback. Customer service and satisfaction is highly important to us and we value all feedback given. I can see your treatment took place back in May 2017, which was 10 months ago. We would always encourage anyone to contact the management with any unresolved issues they have as soon as possible, so we can take steps to rectify the situation. Unfortunately human error led to the wrong box being loaded into the instrument, which was resolved immediately with the incorrect earrings being replaced with the requested style at the cost to the business, with no deliberation. The therapist who carried out your treatment no longer works for the company and we have since taken measures to simplify the system of locating the correct earrings without having to read the long code on each box to avoid this happening again. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you at the time and thank you for your custom once again. Please feel free to call the salon should you wish to discuss this any further.
