When we bought a new house this spring, we went with Neuwave, thinking a local company would be most helpful for a household with a 12 year old gamer, a disabled man who depends on TV and internet for interaction, a work-from-home adult, and a 79 year old who loves tech and ran a tech business, but is 79. I have really hoped things would work out, but the promised service hasn't been there. I was away when the TVs were installed, and my mother still doesn't know how to operate them. I asked for written instructions for her and they initially said it wouldn't be a problem, but they didn't provide them. When I called to ask about rebooting our modem after an outage, I was told I had no business calling after hours for a residential problem, that we had "gone straight to the top" instead of trying to fix the problem ourselves. Our Spectrum app has been broadcasting with voice narration for weeks; Spectrum finally convinced me to get help from Neuwave, since they aren't familiar with our TV. I got chastised again and told I was asking the wrong person for help. They're coming, but in two weeks, and very grudgingly. Maybe if we'd been given the directions we were promised initially, I could troubleshoot this situation myself. If you're looking for local business accountability, this place isn't your answer. If you're enough of a tech person to get their attention and respect, you can probably install your own system.

I met with Stephen on October 21st for an audio and security system quote for a project in downtown Raleigh. He said he would get back with me within a week, but thats the last I heard. Ive called and left 4 separate messages with the receptionist, and Ive even texted him with no response. If he didnt want to help me out, all he had to do was say so. Now Im 6 weeks behind and starting from zero looking for another company. Completely unprofessional.

Contacted Mark Master 3 times via voice/ e mail---- No response. Offered to send pics to save time for both partys. No response either. NWS wasted my time. Job probably to small. If they cannot even comunicate than jobperfomance might be worse.
Fit & finish not so great. Not happy about hole left in sheet rock, can't even find the cut-out in the garbage. Not sure where they put that. Really hoping the piece was not pushed inside the wall to rest on top of the gas-fireplace that this was installed above. Installers did not attach the mount's brace-extender the kit provided, but they seem to have taken the lock nuts, so I have to go to homedepot now to buy replacements. Everything else was good. The other TV they couldn't route the cables through studs, so they just mounted it. I have to call an additional contractor to do that now. Feels like I might be overpaying here, very medium on the whole thing in retrospect.
