...I had made a correction for the final stencil proof, they acknowledged the change and said they would fix it, but, they never did and resent me the same file for approval, I didn't review it close enough the second time, figuring the changes had been made, it went back out with the error still in place, the stencil made and shipped to me, I contacted them, but they refused to admit they made a mistake...After much arguing about who was to blame, they revised it and sent me a new one, but charged me the expensive shipping...I was told that I should have caught it the second time...they refuse to admit they made a mistake, and contacted me, not to make sure I was happy, but for me to retract this awful review...I revised it, but my opinion and rating remains the same...

Worst customer service! I have to wait a week an a half to hear anything from them and endeude up canceling my order. Please try to improve that.
