Dude where's my door handles? I went into Classy Closets on Chandler rd on May 10th to order some door knobs and drawer pulls. They told us they should get them on Thursday, which was 3 days later. Perfect! We did not hear from them, so we dropped by on Saturday the 15th. OOps! "We meant NEXT Thursday", aka the 20th. Well that stinks, I'll call the installer and ask him to delay a week. Well today is the 21st and we still didn't hear from them, so I gave them a call. "Oh, my orders show this is due next Thursday", aka the 27th. Want to know how much faith I have I'll get them next week? NONE. VERY disappointed with this process, learn how to communicate dates effectively. I'll be avoiding this business in the future.

(Edited July '21, see below) My husband and I purchased quartz countertops and installation from Classy Closets around four years ago. We had an incredibly easy and amazing experience in terms of design, budget, and completed service. Now, years later, our house has settled a bit and a seam between two pieces of our quartz had become disconnected. It wasn't visibly noticeable, but could be felt if a finger was run over it (slightly rough edge instead of a smooth, consistent surface). I asked Classy Closets to come take a look and whether or not the problem was covered by any sort of warranty we had left. Their team fixed the seam to brand-new condition, checked the rest of the countertops for any other issues, and DIDN'T charge us. Clearly, I'd recommend this place for their customer service and attention to quality work! Thank you, Classy Closets. Edit, July '21: The seam Classy Closets' team "fixed" last year didn't hold up. My husband looked under the counter and it seems the original installers should've put in a shim or extra support there as one side of our cabinets sit lower. I called Classy Closets in February of this year to get the team out to rectify the situation. It's now July and no one has come out to our home. One employee was in contact with me off and on, saying they really were trying to schedule time for me, but I haven't heard from him since the end of April. I realize lots of people are upgrading homes right now, plus there's a staff shortage across many industries, but this just feels like we're being ignored because we're older customers and have nothing to new to pay them for. Removing two stars, though I'd probably give a 3.5 if I could, due to a disappointing customer service experience and lack of follow-up on this company's part. I doubt I'd recommend this company anymore unless readers are aware that Classy Closets may not be willing to help out long-term.
Very professional. Worked with Bob, who picked out our colors and closet style down at the showroom. Bob did not try to sell us the most expensive option - rather, he made suggestions for what he thought might be best based upon our requirements. I really appreciated this - it felt like Bob was trying to find something that best met our needs, not simply sell us a closet. A few days later, Carl, a closet expert came out to measure, and called us with several recommended alterations, based upon his years of previous install experience. The alterations were minor but resulted in a nice improvement to our closet so we were glad for the Carl's experience. Our pricing was very reasonable for the high quality materials and install that were used in the closet. The only real issue we had was that the old closet was ripped out and the new one installed all in a single day. While this was convenient to have it all done in one day, this left some unpainted sections of the closet walls where the old closet used to be. Fortunately, we were able to apply some touch up paint even after the new closet was installed, so everything looks good. Our master bedroom closet has never been so clean and organized! It is now many months later, and our closet remains pristine and organized! Very satisfied customer!
Today I had my garage cabinets installed. I love them! They are excellent quality and aesthetically beautiful and will provide me with lots of storage availability for all my stuff. Cristin was very professional and helpful with design recommendations that would fit both my needs and budget. She even followed up in person to check on the install before it was completed. Jeff and crew did an exceptional install as well. I would definitely ask for Cristin's design suggestions on any future remodel work. Seriously thinking about redoing the master shower. I will be referring any friends to Classy Closets and Cristin Young as well. Thank you!

So much for customer service. We had an install done the first of March and the crew left gaps on the sides of the cabinet. Talked to TJ about getting this fixed, he told me the method they would use to remedy, and I agreed. He also said he would get this in the schedule. After a month, no word from them and after leaving another message to TJ, no response. Also left a message with customer service a couple of days back. No response
