I am sorry you feel like we mislead you, however some of our manufacturers are experiencing delays due to the Covid closures and are catching up with orders whilst producing new ones. This is having a knock on effect on us at trade level as it is delaying us receiving the carpet. I can assure you we aim to keep our customers in the know as soon as the manufacturer tells us of any delays expected. I am pleased that you had a good experience with our customer service team in store and we managed to arrange for our staff to come to your property quickly to measure up for you. The carpet range and layout is fine. The service face to face was good but they do not know (or purposely choose to lie) how lng it takes to get carpet in. We were rush booked into the diary for sizing and fitting which was perfect. Then they called to say they cant get the carpet we want for 2 weeks later, annoying but we accepted. Paid and then a day later they called to say it was going to be a further month. Ridiculous.

Both me and my partner have used them 3/4 times before and they were fantastic thanks for the recommendation from are parents from over 20 yrs ok this time they couldn't be bothered to help with are order whitch would of run in at the thousands of pounds.
