I sent my car in for an oil change. My car only has 20,000 miles and Dylan said I needed a wheel alignment, a balance, and a new air filter. It was going to be $324.00. I called my husband and he confirmed, I definitely didn't need a wheel alignment or balance. After googling, I realize I probably wouldn't need one for another year. I called Dylan back and said, can you confirm that I actually need a wheel alignment or is this "preventative maintenance". He confirmed, I didn't actually need one. Your team shouldn't suggest a repair if it isn't actually needed. Or if you are trying to upsell the deal, tell the customer the truth. I feel like I was trying to be taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I'm a GM employee and this made me extremely angry.
This by far has been the ABSOLUTE WORST car buying experience Ive ever had. Weve been constantly lied to and disrespected by those we have dealt with and still currently dealing with. They delivered a car to us that was covered in dog hair and things that were broken. They are currently trying to manipulate us to cover their own mistakes. I wish I didnt have to deal with any of them. After this, they will NEVER get any of my business. My father retired from GM, I never thought Id be treated this way by a GMC dealership!

I really like the 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier that I purchased from Leachman. There was one downside though. After taking it home & driving it for just over a month, I take it in for an oil change, & they inform my that my tires need to be replaced. This was one of your certified pre owned vehicles...... I guess tires are not included in the inspection when they're "certified". Long story short, after purchasing the vehicle in May, I was already replacing the tires in November. The tires that were on it were Hankook 50k mile tires too. The vehicle currently has 34k miles on it. Just doesn't add up to me.
