I got a haircut at this salon last week and unfortunately its the worst haircut Ive ever gotten :( I wanted the standard layers and side bang, also showed a picture and specifically asked to keep the length. But the end result was nothing like the pic and to make it worse the stylist cut off 4-5 inches. I paid $125 for a hairstyle that has zero style and just looks like a blob of hair. She cut off most of my hair volume too. I was so looking forward to a fresh new look for an upcoming trip and now Im having to hide my hair in a bun. Extremely disappointed :(
