Hey Chris! We had tried reaching out to set up a date to get the graphics replaced, but never got a reply! We were planning on getting the damaged pieces replaced, even though the additional damage was not related to the initial install, and the manufacturer would not warranty the material, because of all the evidence showing tree damage to the truck. The graphic on the front of the truck was not straight to the cab of the truck on initial install. This was due to the bed and the cab not being perfectly square to each other, which is completely normal for a box truck. When asked to replace it, we gladly did it because it would in fact look better if it was square to the cab not the bed. When we replaced it, the graphic was installed square to the frame, because the bed wasn't square and we don't have a way to square off of the cab with as large of a gap as there is on box trucks. We are still ok with replacing the areas that are pulling up due to tree damage, but we will need someone to respond to our messages! We will be reaching out again to make sure this issue gets resolved! I'm sorry that our multiple other attempts were not sufficient!

Had them wrap our vehicle in april. The wrap was installed crooked and With pull waves. Lots of bubbles. They redid the crooked portion. It's less crooked now but still not level. They redid the part with pull marks but won't do anything about the bubbles or that after 30 days it was peeling in multiple places. Have quit responding to us. The last communication was they would let us know when they could fix it. 3 months ago
