We make every effort to be clear in all of our online presence that we only do large format printing; and we should have made it clear that we don't have the equipment to do same day printing of a thousand flyers. Had you not hung up, we would have been able to refer you to a traditional printer or copier in the area to contact.

Just called in for a quote for same day turn around and the lady who answered the phone laughed at me when I asked if they could do it today. Completely rude and will take my business elsewhere. -edit in response to the company's response- My request was for same day fliers, my mistake for calling a print shop in Spokane. I had also accidentally called other large print shops, wasn't laughed at but kindly pointed in the right direction, this company didn't deserve a moment more of my time after making me feel like a fool for even dialing their number
