Member of staff was chatty and cheerful but am talking about service which I received: 1) I need to remind her that she needs to apply one more layer of the thumb because was visible gap where my nail grows and she was ready to apply top coat. 2) I need to ask her to apply another layer on top of 2 fingers which gel was off completely and they look different colour and thinner than the other nails. 3) I was left with 3 nails looking darker at the edges, because they were not clean properly and when I asked her is she going to leave them like this she asked me did I dyeing something ?! Like if in case I dyeing something this will be only on the edges only on my 3 nails.?! And she left me like this. 4) On 2 more nails gel was not applied well and you can see bottom layer and difference. So I think I quit generous with feedback

I've been to The Venue a few times now and had different treatments: waxing, builder gel, and a luxury facial. Each visit has been lovely, everyone takes pride in their work, it's professional but also very friendly and classy. It's affordable and I love that you can book online and they offer late nights twice a week which makes it accommodating for those who work 9-5. They offer great product and treatment advice when asked and are very knowledgeable about what they do. I'd definitely recommend.

Hiya I hate to criticize someone's work like this, but doing this out of sheer disappointment, having spent 52 on Wednesday 27th evening at 7:30 for waxing. The person who serviced me was very friendly and chatty but there was absolutely no attention to detail. Most of the hair was left off, especially intimate areas. I had to come home and use home waxing strips again.
