Hi there, Thank you so very much for taking the time to leave your comments. So sorry there was some confusion regarding pricing for you. The price in the brochure of 40 would have been for an all-over colour, cuts/blow dries are an additional cost and obviously if you were having foils then the pricing changes again. The Club Heaven that the team offered you would have been complimentary at the time, but would have offered you a 30% discount on the colour (whether you had the 40 all-over colour of the foils). Once again, thanks for letting us know...

I DON'T WANT TO BECOME A MEMBER! I went in to book a simple cut and colour, this was the only place open at the time and I don't get much time to go to hairdressers. I looked up the price online, they said a cut and colour would be around 40, I went in and asked to book an appointment. They decided instead to make me wait 30 mins for a consultation and the woman who consulted me told me I would HAVE to get loads of things done to my hair like highlights and use special products and dye it like 10 times. The end price she gave me was nearly 200! She then went on to try and get me to sign up for a membership and kept pushing me even when I refused. I ended up leaving and doing it myself like I always do. I didn't have the money to spend 200 and you lied about your prices on your online site.

We are very sorry that both you your daughter and her mother had chipped the gel polish on their nails, especially are they were on vacation. It is very unusual for this to happen, it could be the nail has been caught, or the gel hasn't quite set properly, but please be assured that we do take this feedback seriously. If you could ask your daughter and Mother to get in touch with us when they return from their holiday, we would very much appreciate it and can hopefully restore both their and your faith in the salon.

Nice staff. However the product, or the application of such was poor. My daughter had previously been to have her nails done with shellac(sp?) applied at a largish establishment in Preston. Since her mother was having her nails done at this place, and she was with her, I asked her to book it in for the next day for convenience. The overall place is welcoming, and staff really nice. However I was somewhat concerned when her mother's chipped the day later. Time being a consideration I ignored that and had my daughter have nails done here. Sadly (whilst on vacation - so clearly no chance to rectify) they did the same. :-/
