Hi Justin, I'm so sorry that your experience at my salon wasn't what you'd hoped or expected. I know that it would seem that if a salon has a colorist, that it would run across the board that everyone could offer all services, but unfortunately some of our stylists specialize in particular methods. I apologize if it was an error in our communication when booking your lady, but we had thought it was for a balayage- which is very similar in ways to highlights but a different application. Diane, your colorist specializes in balayage and does not offer highlights, so that's how I know that an error was made in communicating the service, and I completely understand being frustrated for showing up and not being accommodated. We certainly want you as a client, and this is why we tried to schedule a time that one of our talented highlight specialists could take you. We understand the inconvenience of coming back, however in this field when our days are booked there is simply no time to be able to 'squeeze' anyone else in. We know that booking color at times can be confusing because there are so many options, and while I take responsibility for our staff in not communicating the options clearly enough to young it was via phone call - when booking color, it's very important to make sure the appropriate service is being boat as times vary greatly. Scheduled an appointment for my girl to get highlights. She arrived to learn that the stylist they scheduled her with doesn't do highlights. What is the purpose of advanced scheduling if you aren't pairing clients with stylists that perform the service requested. We waited over 3 weeks for this appointment only to learn that they didn't do the simple task of properly screening and scheduling the appointment and the best they could offer was an appointment later in the week despite that we specifically scheduled and waited for a weekend appointment. This experience was a frustrating waste of time and we'll not be back.

Hi Alex, Im so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your haircut. I know when paying top dollar for a haircut or anything else, your expectations need to be met. Id love to discuss it more and find a resolution. While I realize that we cannot grow your hair back as soon as youd like, We would still like to do the best we can to make it right. Ill follow up with Tahylor to discuss and issue a refund. She works independently, but Im sure she would want to make things right as well. I have my full confidence in her as a world-class stylist, but our business is one of personal taste so while she probably had her reasons for it (ie: a shape to grow out better into) I am still sorry it didnt instantly meet what you were looking for. Edited: David actually reached out directly and wanted to hear more; he and Tahylor also offered me a refund and more in an effort to make it right (and I didn't even get a hint of "here's a refund if you'll edit your review"). I really felt like they went above and beyond and I'd recommend this salon even though I wasn't happy with my own haircut. (I got a mens' long haircut from Tahylor and it came out way shorter than we had discussed; I really didn't like the style so I was frustrated at how long it would take to grow back and try again.)

Got canceled last minute for my hair appointments twice in a row by text and casually asked to book another available slot lol. I waited for my appointments the whole month and also took a day off for it.
