My brother got a haircut on the day of the super bowl and his hair has never been uglier he was too insecure to speak up afterward (he is 14) but I have honestly never seen a worse haircut. I cant remember the womans name but will update if I find it he should not have paid for this absolute disaster he wore a hat to school for a month and it still looks awful.

My son and I went in recently. Unfortunately the lighting in the place made my haircut look better than it actually was. When I looked at it in my car and at my house, I was shocked. Both our haircuts are bad! Lines in our haircut, uneven hair length in multiple places, sideburns not lined up. My son and I received haircuts from different people. If I owed the place Id be very concerned because the rent has to be pricey. Get your people trained to give a much better haircut or hire people that know how to cut mens hair.

Hello Krista, We are terribly sorry about your (and your son's) experience. We understand the frustration with cowlicks and having to wait for the hair to grow out. I personally looked into this right away since we are pretty meticulous with our notes. It seems that when the appointment was made online it was under a different name than the one given when your son was here the first time. Usually this happens when one appointment is made under a parent's name and another with the son's name, or vice versa. When he was dropped off and no mention of the cowlick was made during the second appointment, the stylist unfortunately wasn't aware of the issue. When we looked into this further and found the first appointment under a different name, all of the info was there about the cowlick. Regardless of the circumstance, however, we feel terrible that this happened. I hope you give us the chance to earn your business back in the future.

Horrible cut for my 9 year old today. Dad took him because the last time I did they guaranteed me that all the details of his cut would be put in the computer. It took us a year to grow his out to a good length so his cowlicks wouldn't be noticeable. Today the chopped it all off! Now the back stands straight up and the top has lines from the layers. I'm so angry! These pics were taken 1 hour after his appt.
