Had good reviews so for my birthday i decided to make an appointment for 2pm yesterday and made it clear i wanted a dark brown color and when she was on the phone she stated she has it. even sounded like she looked for it really quick YUP! Got it ..I also rescheduled it to 2:30 which she said was okay, so i took an expensive Uber, showed up right on time and my Uber pulls off, I walk in, its empty, no stylists or clients. While Im already there she decides to tell me she actually doesnt have the color and has to go to the store to grab some. She said I called you to let you know but I got there at 2:27 she called at 2:24. I live 40 mins away and she called minutes before our appointment.. so she never bothered to actually check. after stating she didnt have the color she also awkwardly escorted me out into the cold and went in her car and left while I had to wait outside for another Uber to take me to target to get my own things to do my hair for my birthday. I wouldnt have minded as much if she sounded super nice or offered a discount (which she did but it was after i wasnt responding to her texts cause she knew i wasnt coming back) or atleast let me wait in her salon (oh wait I couldnt cause its dead and she was the only one there) but she was very stank about it and didnt even care. I felt pathetic. And it took a huge chunk out of my day just getting ready, coming out that way, and having to figure out an alternative and do my own hair which came out amazing.. so i think this happened for a reason. I believe more people have had a similar experience but dont have the energy to call her out since she has great reviews cause the experience was terrible but maybe she does hair good i wouldnt know cause I no longer wanted the service.

First off, when you enter the salon it gives off a calm relaxing atmosphere. The professionalism is so nice you're offered a cold water bottled as a kind hospitable gesture. The beautician focuses on the client and their needs. Any changes she'll accompany them. Great salon and great wash and styling throughout the entire appointment!
