Disappointing in every way. After shipping our booth they build with incorrect parts and missing drawings, we met with owner who apologized and they said they would make everything right and created a punch list to resolve. Nine weeks later, when our booth was ready to ship to the next show we learned they had taken no action on the punch list and not all items could be completed in time to ship to our next show. Additionally, they were not upfront about warehouse costs.
