They always seem to do just fine on the haircuts. However, i dont want to be given an interrogation about the products i use. My biggest complaint is about my birthday. Was going to get a simple haircut but a friend wanted to make it special and made appointments for both my daughter and myself to have a spa day. Well they dont really do that. They do nails and hair so he scheduled whatever we want for our hair and mani/pedi for both. I should have stuck with the simple cut!!! My color looked horrible! I do a better job blending colors myself. And they didnt even have our nail appointments set at all. I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes for my daughter to finish. She was very happy. Was offered a hair treatment ( that i wasnt) and she felt very pampered. I just felt let down. I wont be back...

I went here this past weekend to get my roots colored by Courtney. Do my dismay I find out later that a big chunk in the back of my head is not touched. For paying as much as I did. This is unacceptable. Never going their again.

We took our daughter for an Updo hair style with Grace, for a formal dance she was having and the updo came out in less then 3 hour later, pay 75.00 for a spring formal dance and it was gone before she even got there.
