Good hair stylists but awefully terrible scheduling! This place is not welcoming to walk in customers ! They despise walk in customers. Phone Scheduling is also terrible and full of arrogance...the last of me they will ever see. Dont waste your time going here. Theres far more better and deserving places in bentonville where you can get a great hair cut. Simply hopeless to go here..Id rather drive to Fayetteville to get a cut.

My husband and had heard nothing but good things about this shop, so my husband decided to give them a call. He asked if you had to have an appointment to be seen. The receptionist said "Its back to school soooo, you should make an appointment." This was not really the answer to his question but ok. The next day, we make our way over around 10 am. One person waiting but every chair was full in the back. My husband asked if he could sign in and wait to be seen. The reseptionist responded with a sour face and once again said "it's back to school". This means nothing to us. The reseptionist went on to say that my husband couldn't be seen until noon. 2 hours later? She seemed to of just wanted to get us out of there. The good things we heard were far from true with our experience.

The place is super clean all the time, very well organized! Covid concious people will appreciate this place! I highly recommend Ray he is my go too! Same quality haircut every time! Always get compliments at work and else where on my hair!

Owner is very reclusive and avoids confrontation if it is a negative issue about the shop. Environment looks professional and clean. Staff was courteous and respectful. My haircut and the others that I witnessed were on par and very clean in detail. Picture worthy and stylish haircuts.
