I recently saw Alexis. I called to leave the feedback because I was dissatisfied with the quality of the highlights she performed. I could see she didnt care to leave the mixture close to the roots. I asked her to place it closer to the roots. She smiled amicably but proceeded to place color in a hurried manner. Already, it looks as if I hadnt gone to an appointment and its been fewer than 10 days. I paid $180 for a shoulder length hair highlights (no haircut) and left my tips. Im a single mom, for whom $200+ is a lot of money. Today I called to speak on the phone but whoever answered my call talked over me the entire time, clearly not wanting to improve/fix the situation and said that the previous professional (KC or Casey) merely undercharged for the amount of time she spent on your hair. I couldnt believe my ears. I have always gone to this location (it used to be the Village on Main) but am astonished at the current treatment and level of rudeness of the reception. I simply cant afford low-quality treatments like that. Im sure there are good professionals there but not the person who had tended to me. My last time, sadly.
