I bought my bike from New Wheel over a year ago, and it has improved my life immeasurably. My commute to work is an absolute delight, and I am happy to run errands or go on adventures after work because I am ready to face any hill, can handle even the strongest winds, and carry heavy groceries home. When I was bike shopping, the team at New Wheel talked me through possibilities over the phone first. When I came into the store I was about to try out a bunch of different bikes on some of SF's steepest slopes. I'm also very grateful for the puncture repairs. Quick turnaround, and great advice whenever needed!
