My wife was speaking to Mallory about possibly buying a vehicle. She spoke to Mallory, explained the situation and what we were wanting. We believe in the beginning Mallory was trying. She requested pay stubs and other info which my wife sent to her. After that we never heard from Mallory again. We had the down payment if needed, but she never called back. I informed her we had been approved elsewhere, but we were willing to wait and give her a chance. We have now decided to go with Nissan. Update: Only after leaving this review and answering a customer service questionnaire did we get a response.
Finance department staff lacks social intelligents and are inadequate! Cubical spaces and computers seem to help staff ego status, but overall they forget their role is customer service. Crain Kia please train your employees to be more friendly!

We told Brandon Roberts what we were looking for and the price we wanted to stay in. When we arrived he had two cars picked out for us with a possible third. He listened to what I wanted and was not pushy nor did he try to sell me something that was out of my budget. Crain Kia was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Financing was broke down so we knew what we were purchasing and that was very helpful. We will definitely recommend Brandon and the team at Crain Kia. Love driving my 2019 Chevy Cruze !!!

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The dealership sent the paperwork to get it tagged the day before my temp tag expired and it wasnt even filled out. I cant tag my Jeep with an incomplete title, and cant get anyone at the dealership to even take my call. Ive called so many times and either sit on hold for half an hour or they say they will call me back- which they dont. Now they want me to drive the vehicle (with no tags) back to their dealership so they can fill out the paperwork they should have done a month ago. The second you buy a vehicle from them, they offer zero support. Customer service is nonexistent and Im not sure if its due to incompetence or negligence.
