Second time this has happened, had an appointment for a haircut, mens so not high dollar. They call and ask me to come in later, I say no problem and go an hour later. Sit in lobby for 10 minutes as my stylist is putting color on a lady's hair so I left. Not a call or text to apologize, they likely think I'm the rude one for leaving. What is up with people and service these days?
I received many hair cuts from the staff at Shades and my service was SHADY, and my hair was always uneven and not cut as I requested. They do NOT listen; they just do what they want to do with your hair. Then they try to push you off to someone that has no clients if the person you want is booked. When you go to that person, YOU WILL REGRET IT! Stay away from this salon!
I went for the First time today and their work was so bad, they didnt Wish my hair right , when she supposedly dried it I could still feel my hair wet i left there looking so bad it looked like i was cleaning the place and not being a customer
