Brought car in for an oil change and investigation into a mystery oil leak that seemed substantial. Was later told the primary culprit was a $5,800 repair, plus multiple other concerns, bringing the total to about $9,000. Moved the car to an import specialist. $600 fix, and back on the road. What's with the upselling?
I contacted the dealership directly as they had an exact car I was looking for. During the process, my salesperson, Ryan, was very friendly and informed me about the car I was interested in. I told him exactly what I had, the mileage, and all the details needed. When asked about the deal, I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to do. We negotiated very briefly and then came to an agreement in principle. I then drove 6.5 house ONE WAY to meet them at the dealership in the morning at the agreed upon time. They looked at my car, agreed that the deal we were discussing and the values were in line. He also informed me about the lemon law and why this care was labeled a lemon in the state of California. It was due to a non-functioning Navigation unit (totally okay with me). I did ask him to email me a copy of that lemon law certificate to my email. We sat in the office for 20 minutes, signed papers, wrote a check, and were on our way. Two days later he checked in on the vehicle, and I informed him that the sunroof wasn't working. We still haven't received the email with the lemon law disclosure they were going to send right away. In regards to the sunroof, haven't heard anything about it, no response, until I got an email to review them. I love the car, and the sales person was nice and attentive, but the followup or lack thereof leaves a sour taste.
We recently leased a GLC from Carousel. We worked with Vaseal as our sales person. He was knowledgeable of the car as was able to inform us about the vehicle without being pushy or too "salesy". We were able to get to a fair price without all of the back and forth often found at other dealerships. The whole process was comfortable. Sharif in financing was also a pleasure to work with. We look forward to enjoying our new vehicle. Due to the experience we are likely to be return customers when we next need a vehicle.

Their repair shop is closed on weekends - though this was not specified anywhere that I could find, had to call to find this out. Luckily was able to get my key back with identification and take my car to another location to be repaired.
