You get what you pay for! I've been here several times on and off for the past few years. Results are shotty- sometimes they are great and other times terrible. The most recent time I went, my eyebrows were butchered. I reached out to them via email (literally right after I left, still in the car) with pictures- no response. I would say it's your best bet to spend the extra few dollars to avoid yet another Edward Scissorhands event.
