Alejandra, We do have a cancelation policy which you received and agreed to via email and text message when the appointment was made AND 24 hours before the appointment. Out of respect for the stylist time and other clients who would have loved to have had that appointment, we do stand by this policy. Due to the hostile nature of your phone call to our front desk and management team, we will be enforcing the cancelation fee. There are many salons in the area.

Taking a client to platinum from dark hair can be a tricky and very expensive project. I am glad our stylist had your hairs integrity in mind as leaving the hair in good condition is always key in these types of transformations. Every time I go I always spend like almost $400 and dont even get what I asked for. With a price like that I figured I would get the color desired but rather get told oh you have to do this several times to get the color desired. Well its been like the 5th and still no where near my platinum.

I love this salon! Its such a cool, professional yet fun vibe as soon as you enter. I get my hair done by Jaden and shes so amazing her parents own the shop and you can tell talent runs in the family But all the stylists are so kind and I love the knowledge they have when you ask to recommend products or what to do for a certain hair situation etc. couldnt recommend this salon enough.

I wish I could leave a review on the actual service but I can't because it never happened. I scheduled an appointment for a bang trim an entire month in advance. Plenty of time to let me know if it needs to be moved or adjusted, right? I didn't hear anything until about a day or so before to confirm, which I did, both via text and email. Day of, about 10 mins before my scheduled time, I get a text asking me to let them know when I've arrived and they'll let me know when to come in. I was about 3 mins late because of the parking situation, but not a lot of time lost for a bang trim so, while not preferred, I didn't think it's a big deal. So, I sent the text that I arrived and then I sat in my car for extra 12 minutes waiting for the text telling me to come inside. After running through the rain, I get inside and check in and I'm told to wait while they let my scheduled stylist know I'm there. After waiting a bit, I'm told my scheduled stylist has to leave in 20 minutes and cannot do my hair. I just wanted a bang trim, but fine, they'll see if another stylist is available, so I wait. They come back after more waiting to tell me there is NO ONE available and ask me if I want to reschedule. I said no thanks and I left. I just simply cannot understand why, if I made this appointment a month in advance, that I could not be accommodated, or at the very least, been told in advance that they would be unable to on that day and ask me to reschedule. I wish I would've had the opportunity to try them out because they look like they do great work, but if they can't accommodate a simple bang trim that was scheduled well in advance I would hate to have the same happen for a service requiring much more time.
