I had been ordering from FH Packaging for a while. Not just from my current company but from prior companies as well. Recently their customer service has been the worst of any packaging company i have dealt with. My prices have increased each order along with the minimum order quantities. very un pleasant experience lately with this company and for the fact they wont allow me to continue ordering what I have been ordering and making me purchase a ton of units at a time I am taking my business elsewhere where my business is valued.. Would NOT Recommend this company any further..

I truly wish I could leave this company zero stars because that is what they deserve. I ordered 1400 30ML bottles and droppers from this company two times. I was assured that the components of the first order were compatible with the components of the second order because the quantities did not quite lineup. Unfortunately the second order was not compatible with the first order, and I had many bottles leak, forcing me to replace over $2000 worth of inventory! I requested a simple $600 refund for the faulty products from FH packaging but it is clear they are not interested in standing behind the quality of the products they sell. If you are a business owner like myself, please avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

I ordered a bulk shipment and it came very quickly. The box was a bit roughed up, I'm sure due to UPS handling. Everything inside looked great except a couple mishaps. One 8 oz bottle was bent up from transit and one 4 oz bottle was missing from my order. Next day I called customer service. A kind lady picked up right away. She was very helpful. I was put on hold for a few minutes. Then she came back telling me a replacement will be on the way soon. I am satisfied. I will order again in the future.

I've been dealing with Ben in the UK and Joel in the US as a packaging dream team working on packaging solutions for a number of different brands that require packaging in the UK and in the US and have always found them to be excellent at coming up with options and delivering a solution within my timeframe - to our very particular requirements! I find them very dependable and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Came across FH Packaging when a friend recommended them to me. Having dealt with Ben Harrington my account manager I must say its a pleasure to deal with them. Excellent products and competitive pricing and Ben goes well out of way to assist with any questions and orders.
