Great product. Pretty poor customer support. Plan on it taking days to get any problems corrected. Our property has used ResNexus for two years. UPDATE (6-10-20) ResNexus has reached out to me since my review and I sincerely think they will be trying to correct their customer support issues. I have updated my rating to 4 stars. I will see how things go over the next year. UPDATE (7-2-2021) I wish I had some good news about Resnexus customer support being much improved but unfortunately this would not be the case. It has actually gotten worse. After attending a software upgrade webinar on May 19th, I had some questions about some of the new features. I was even considering an upgrade to our account. I called our "Red Carper Specialist" Amber Cope and left a message on May 20th. I didn't hear anything so I left a message on the main Resnexus number. Still nothing so I left a message on the Emergency 27/7 number asking why no one would return my call. Finally gave up. 24 days later on June 11th I finally received an email from Amber: Hello Paul, I would like to apologize for the late response, since the industry is booming right now and we are having staffing shortages it's been difficult for us to keep up. I was going through the voicemails and noticed that you hadn't received a call back. I called the office but was told that you were out for the day. So I wanted to follow up and see if we could schedule a call. Would you be available next week to go over your questions? Schedule a 30 minute call here. Best, Amber Cope It literally took them 24 days to answer a request for customer service! I told Amber that I had customer service issues a year earlier and that I needed to talk to Resnexus CEO James Mayfield. Of course after three weeks I have not heard from Mr. Mayfield or anyone else... It's a great product, but don't count on any support.

Today (08/30/2020) at 4:15 am MST the global internet outage of CenturyLink/Level3 website service (a backbone of the internet) going down caused millions of internet users to lose connectivity to various websites worldwide. Although ResNexus servers were operational, many customers were affected by this event. Although our regular support hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday, we do offer an emergency phone line to call for any after hours issues. This event did cause ResNexus to have longer than normal wait times for our after hours customer support line. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

Very organized and easy to use. Not made for campgrounds, but serviceable. Customer support is lacking, long wait times, not open on the weekends which is when 90% of problems occur. Reports could use more coverage in revenue measurement, showing availability for periods of time longer than one day, needs to show nights occupied per site or per site groups. They built the grid with weekends as Friday and Saturday, that's not the weekend (Sat, Sun) and they won't fix it. the feature to add travel website channels is unique and cool, we plug in airbnb and it makes reservations on Resnexus automatically.
