We tried to assist the client in transferring two websites designed and developed by another company; the last company did not provide the client the files needed to transfer the website they had created. We tried to mitigate the situation for the client by reaching out to the prior web development company, but we had no luck. The new website project we did for the client went well with no issue on the design, development, and transferring of the website; the client since then has returned for us to further assist them on the same website we had designed and built.

Do not trust your website to these guys. I used them to transfer a website from a different server and develop a new one for me. What should've taken a few months ended up taking 6 months and a ton of headaches. I temporarily lost access to my sites, the transfers did not go smoothly and I lost email functionality. When I asked them to fix the email functionality they claimed that it wasn't their fault but they could "diagnose the problem" at a rate of $65 an hour. When the website was complete they then tried to upsell me on their "security protection services" in case my site got hacked. Seriously? There are much better designers and developers out there. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
