Do not buy from here. Luckily we were able to realize this was NOT the place to purchase a car from before we handed cash over. The female we worked with was by far the worst sales woman I have ever seen. If you are wanting to go some place you can trust, this is not the place for you. Watch out. Don't be fooled by this dealership in anyway. I have never written a review before as I have never ever had such a horrid experience, I feel it is my duty to warn others about this place, this joke of a dealership with very unprofessional so called sales reps.

This place is a scam. Stay away from Celly. Spoke with her about s deal on a car for 4 days. Told her I was coming from Michigan. Gave them.my credit card for deposit. Made flights. Flew to NY. Lost over $1000 on hotel, flights,time and lost a day of work. Because they sold the vehicle about an hour before I arrived to NYC. Extremely dishonest. In the end I am glad that I did not purchase from these people as they are totally unprofessional. I cannot wait for this place to fail.....because they will.

My name is Nancy bought a car from this dealership.First it started by me trying to find a specific vehicle i wanted i went to 5 different dealership in Northenblvd and Queensblvd and all of them was advertising a unreal Price . Then i started to do some research on Google and i saw this dealership name was nycmotorcars i saw that they have in stock the car that i want and the budget i was looking for i call them right away and i did a appointment with a nice and professional sales person name was Kevin Tavarez he spoke both language English and Spanish i felt more contable talking in Spanish he was the perfect person to talk to very honest he help me out to get everything done in 30 min the price was exact price they advertised. I Really Recommend them and if you dont speak english you could ask for Kevin he would find the way to make it happend.

Worst dealership ever. Salesman are goood but finance manager is the thief. He will make payments that won't even add up. Don't know how to talk to customer.
