Very disappointed with my experience here. The alterations on my bridesmaid dress cost nearly $200 and when I arrived to pick it up I had concerns about the length of the dress. In particular, I did not like how my shoes were entirely hidden under the dress, which I understand is some peoples preference, but it is not mine. The woman helping me dismissed my concerns and another woman came over from the front part of the store to explain to me that they do this all the time and that I should trust that they are correct. The tone used was very condescending and my concerns went completely unheard. Terrible customer service. I will not be back.

My suit jacket did not look that bad when I brought it in, and Wo's charged me $380 to tailor it, which seemed excessive. Also, the first alteration made the jacket look worse. But they ended up fixing it, and in time for my wedding, hence the three stars.

Shiela and the amazing tailors at Wo's tailoring truly saved our life. We were one week away from our daughter's Bat Mitzvah and the store she bought her dress had fully butchered the tailoring. We arrived at Wo's tailoring in tears and left feeling that we were in the best hands. They truly inspire confidence. Had my wedding dress hemmed here. Reasonable price and diligent work. One of the buttons had fallen off and broken earlier and they made a new one of the spot. Sheila is genuine, thoughtful and warm. Would continue to come here for any other tailoring needs.

Dear ML, this is Sheila who left blood stain on your white wedding dress in that late evening. I immediately told my tailor that you could not accept his first try for removing the spot with milk then water. He agreed to try it again when it is dry. We understood you would not trust us to touch on your dress again. I felt your hurt by my mistake and wished I could calm you more than what I tried. I am sure they have done great work, as evidenced by the other reviews, but I feel compelled to share my negative experience. I brought my (simple) wedding dress to get shortened (two layers). She quoted me $350, pricked her finger with a pin getting blood on my white train. When I noticed it, instead of apologizing and offering to clean it, she rudely called me "girl" and said it happens all the time. She did clean it after my insistence, but it left a faint gray smudge. After I left, I got the alterations done with Hemster instead for half the price, and they do all consultations in the comfort of your own home.
