We used Pittsburgh's best to paint our entire house and deck that is covered in cedar siding, we also used them to replace some rotted wood before painting. Pittsburgh's Best Remodeling was very prompt in returning our initial phone call and quick to make an appointment. Once everything was agreed upon they were very quick to complete the job and very professional while doing it.

We used Pittsburgh's Best Remodeling for a basement renovation. The five stars listed applies to the work that was done, and for the hardworking carpenters that did our job. The quality of the work is really great, and the team was thorough in every part of the job. The team members that came to the house were respectful and helpful, and always ready to communicate with us about the work that they were doing to answer any questions we had. I would rate the communication from the administrative team as four stars instead of five, as we had several hiccups in our job that seemed avoidable (for instance changes that we made with our designer in a meeting were not communicated to the carpenters, who then had to uninstall and reinstall a door, and a scheduled meeting was forgotten by our designer). We also were a little disappointed in slower communication after our lead contractor left the company during the job. While 80% of the work had been done, we felt that we had to be very proactive in communicating with the office about what hadn't been finished, and to gain insight into scheduling of the last few items. Some of this was related to delays in materials which we know were not the fault of the company, but I had hoped for our project manager to update us more often. Despite the few hiccups, we are extremely happy with the result. We plan on using the company again in the future.
