I'm so sorry you feel that way - if it's the ring I'm thinking about we made it clear we weren't sure we could even do the job and didn't really want to do it -0 but we said we would TRY our best since the ring was sentimental. I assure no other jeweler could do the job as well as we did and you didn't express any displeasure when you picked it up. If you had told us you were unhappy we would have gone as far as needed to make you happy as we always do. However even a new version of the same ring would eventually have the same problem again shortly down the road. The ring was sold top thousands of people for around $45 each as a customer appreciation gift for loyal customers... it was not supposed to be an heirloom quality ring. It was meant to be a very inexpensive way for Kay and Zales to help boost business with the cheapest ring they could get made in China. I wish you had mentioned how you felt instead of leaving this review because we would have done just about ANYTHING for you to make it right... even if it wasn't our fault in the first place. You will be the first and ONLY bad review we've ever had in our 35 + years!

Dropped my wedding ring off for a stone replacement and the stone was replaced with a complete different size and shape stone, not matching the remaining 2 stones in my ring. Another stone (on the complete opposite end from the side they were replacing a stone) was damaged, chunks are now missing. This is is the work of a careless person. I would have rather been called and told they could not fix my ring than for them to butcher it.

Kathy who took care of us was AWESOME I had my ring resized to fit and cleaned and had appraisal done and very glad Kathy recommended it, made the ring more sentimental to me and the history on how I was passed down to me And Thank you to Russ and the jeweler who did the work on my ring, sorry I didn't get your name We are from Madison Ohio See ya in October 2021
