We are very sorry we missed you, we try our hardest to accommodate every customer to the best of our abilities. No one should have ever told you it was an inconvenience to make your shirt, as that is not our policy here. We have switched to appointment only and are very sorry if that has inconvenienced you in any way. Our staff should have informed you of our tshirt drop box right out front of our shop, I am sorry they did not. Please let us make it up to you for the inconvenience we have caused you. We are a small business and can only do so much and we all we ask as small business is your patience and understanding. I have given my business to Waldo T-Shirts for 3 years. My fantasy football league has a traveling trophy based off of a shirt that belonged to my beloved uncle who passed away. We asked if we could have the league champions printed on the shirt and were told that was no issue. The first year was a fine experience and I was extremely happy. The next year, however, they lost all of our information and put the wrong font on the shirt. The year after that, we waited 2 weeks to have the print done. I finally called when I realized they had forgotten about the job. Amazingly, they were then able to print it that day, hmmm. Now, this year, I E-mail in advance if I can drop the shirt off the next day. No problem, they say. I come to the shop that next day, and the shop is closed during business hours. There was no sign and no one answered when I knocked. When I wrote an E-mail detailing how inconvenient it was for me to drive across town for nothing, the shop replied that it was inconvenient to do 1 shirt and that we should go somewhere else. They tell us this after 3 years! Will never go back.
Hi Megan, I remember specifically We spoke together about what to do for the mistake you sent us when you originally sent the wrong date. By saving you time and money we offered a solution of the vinyl for the date and you said that was fine. We try to accommodate customers as much as possible even when they send us the wrong info. I am very sorry, but you even saw the shirt when you picked it up. So I am confused to why all of sudden the bad review?

My cousin passed away a few years ago,and waldo t shirts put the wrong information on the shirts. I nicely asked them to fix it,instead they just put a ironed patch on what was already there
Chris and 1 hour T-shirts were great to work with. I need shirts nearly last minute and he was able to come through for me and get them done. I will use them again for sure.

Stay far away. Deadbeat company. Gave them over a month for shirts on an annual event. Their shop is not organized. They ignored me on multiple emails and calls saying "dont worry still plenty of time - America is still great"... the day before the event i sent an email and they finally responded. The artwork hadn't even started obviously. Needless to say this was an EPIC FAIL.
