With these lenses, the manufacturer does offer a warranty of 2 years and will not warranty after that time period. We will take care of your warranty fee for the other pair and hope we are still able to assist you in the future.

I've been a local customer at Saratoga Vision since they first opened in Saratoga on West Congress St. My last visit Jan 2022 was disappointing I stopped there because the last 2 pair of glasses purchased from them had problems with the lenses. One frame the lenses are blurry because the coating I guess failed & the other pair the lense actually chipped? Pair #1 they are 2 yrs old they wouldn't warranty (the frame cracked also) the 2nd pair they warranty with a fee. I really like my dr, but probably won't do glasses there again. I have glasses from them that are 25 or more years old in perfect condition, but I don't think the quality is the same there anymore. Very sad, I've always raved about there products & customer service. I wasn't happy with the guy who assisted me either, he had a bit of an attitude!
Edward, we are so sorry for your negative experience. At Saratoga Vision, customer service is our number one priority! At the moment, we have implemented new procedures due to Covid-19 to limit the amount of people in the office at one time. We took recommendations from the CDC and AOA. This is to protect our customers and employees. We understand the frustration this change has caused our long time patients, who are used to immediate assistance. We have a cancellation list to help patients who need more immediate assistance, to be the first notified of any sooner appointment openings. We hope this incident does not deter you from coming back to our office in the future.

Got a examine and bought new glasses..the examine part was fine..was there about a month ago..my glasses have been falling down off my face not staying where they should..stopped in today to get them adjusted and was told that they could not take care of this till next Saturday. Today is 9/11...friday..so cant get them adjusted till 9/19..not at all acceptable...this is...they have lost a customer and I will tell everyone about their no customer service..Ed Gettingd
Dr. Carson is one of the best optometrists that I've been to. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. The practice is very clean and professional. Definitely recommend.
Very disappointed . My husband and I have been loyal customers for almost 30 years. Every year check ups. Mark has had cataracts that were not ready for surgery for at least the last 5 years. Tried to make appointment explaining he was having alot of trouble with his sight. They gave me an app. 7 weeks wait. Called different place, received app. In 4 weeks. Mark had contact surgery before I could even get an app at stga vision,and now he doesn't even need glasses he has worn since 2nd grade. It's unexceptable he was left to struggle all this time and the 1st time I had ever called with a problem I was dismissed.
