The best private money lenders in Florida... hands down. I have dealt with over 3 other large "hard money lenders" from California who advertise all over in various magazines... but Capital Funding Financial is the best private money lender to work with because they communicate and they are reliable. As a broker it is important to know the loan will get funded, the client will be happy, and communication will be there every step of the way. With Capital Funding Financial that is always the case. Since they are a family office fund, I am able to get real feedback with a decision maker right away rather than dealing with an account executive which has been the case when I have used other larger lenders. If you are a mortgage broker or realtor looking to find a place for all your SFR hard money loans, rental investment properties, or commercial bridge scenarios... I recommend you try them out.

We have closed 3-4 properties with Capital Funding Financial on fix and flip and rental loans. I can say they are great to work with... They offer great pricing in comparison with other private money lenders but most importantly they provide us with excellent service. We use them over and over as it is hard to find a good private money lender that you can trust and that you know has the money to close the loan on the terms initially presented. Five Stars all the way around.
