This MMA gym is pretty rude it took 2 1/2 months to get a hold of them and I swung by to talk to someone and nobody was there I even checked the schedule and it was supposed to be open gym and nobody was there and I even waited with this other customer that paid for a personal session and nobody came or opened that gym and when I did get there with the gym open I talked to Eric and he was very rude to me and very unprofessional I had a card that said 3 free classes and they didn't care unless I signed up for that gym. I would 100% not recommend customer service is not there the staff is rude and the whole thing is just unprofessional.

I have a high school kid who wanted to get practice before his wrestling season started. He had his own money CASH for 3 months. Would not let him sign up unless he had 6 months cash. He is a high school kid, and he couldn't do 6 months because his wrestling season would start In 2 and a half months. They said he could go month to month on a credit//debit card which he does not have. The fact that a kid with cash cant go in and get service because he cant do 6 months and doesn't have a credit/ debit card is absurd!!! He works hard to earn and save his money to spend at your establishment. He also had friends that wanted to train before the season started. I will definitely let ALL the parents know of the poor customer service my son received at Factum!! AGAIN HE ONLY NEEDED 3 MONTHS TOTAL!! not paying 6 months for 3, nor auto withdrawal when he has cash, so you can pull for months he's not attending your gym!
