The most terrible experience ever. They would not be pleasant enough to get an appointment for you. The moment they hear you would do a frame selection and not eye exam and they wont make money out of it they were not considerate and said appointments are not available . Even with Covid all they can think of is money and inconveniencing customers. I understand its a business but a lil compassion or flexibility will go a long way in the service industry and politeness too. I would never recommend such a place to anyone. They dont even have confidence in their own frame inventory that the customer would like something. Most ridiculous store ever .

Good doctor but bad, incompetent customer service. I called in to notify them that I'd been given the incorrect glasses prescription. The receptionist insisted that it was correct and I was wrong. I argued back and forth with her until I decided to just give her the benefit of the doubt. Ended up getting my glasses and can't see through them. Thanks, receptionist.
