I contacted Whitney months ago to get a few signs made for my yard. She never got back to me after numerous attempts to reach her. She only returned my messages after I had commented on someone else's Facebook about me still not hearing back about signs I wanted made. After she contacted me back I explained in great detail what I wanted. She had sent me back a copy of what she made. Granted it was cute but it was nothing I said I wanted on the sign not even close. I asked her if she read my previous message about what I wanted. She informed me she did and that I needed to know she was the Mayor of Estacada's Wife! Not only was it extremely unprofessional but it seemed like a bit of a threat. She also reached out to a common friend of ours immediately upon me wanting a different sign and informed her about me not agreeing on a design. I then decided to ignore her other attempts to message me back because I was in shock at what I had just gone through. She then sent me a new draft of the sign and said under it "Here You Go!" I then messaged her back this evening telling her I wasn't happy with how she was treating me and that I was annoyed with how she is speaking to me. She then blocked me! Ive been waiting since APRIL for her to make me a few small signs and this is how I am treated??? No acceptable at all. I am only writing this review in hopes that other people don't waste there time, money and energy dealing with this business. Not only is she acting entitled because of what her husband does but she gets very very rude if you don't agree with what she puts on your signs your ordering. I will never try to do business with her again!!!

I can not believe how incredibly rude the person was that I talked to on the phone. She was very condescending and talked to me like I was an idiot. Ive looked up the owner and noticed she reviews other places of business. Seems to me she should worry more about her own customer service and less about those of others!
