I usually dont come here often to buy stuff for my yard and today I went in got all my items the cashier was lovely she helped me, card approved, signed just waiting for a receipt.. then their system goes down. So Im standing there waiting for my receipt and this girl comes up says the systems are down we need to recharge you. Why? It went through It said approved everything I just need a receipt where is the manager? She then proceeds to rudely tell me she is the manager and that I cant leave until I pay again for my stuff and that if its double charged I can come back to the store for a refund. I told her again it went through all I need is a receipt she tells me she cant give me one so I told her she needed to give me something cause Ive bought stuff their that was defective before and have had to bring it back and she was rude about that as well. Long story short really bad customer service.
Customer service was excellent. The employees guided me and helped me when I needed it. One employee went out of his way to ask if I needed anything while he was on was back in from his lunch break too.
Love that store.The staff is always there to help and they know their business. Never have to track anyone down. Us the Ace bonuses are good too. I get atleast $10 a month free.
