I purchased a Groupon for an exam and 6 months worth of contact lenses that I thought would be worth it. I was charged an additional $75 fee and that turned my total into $175. Customer service wasn't an issue here at all, however the bang for you buck is. It's been 6 or 7 weeks and I still haven't been contacted about my contacts coming in. I've called multiple times to double check and was told I'd be contacted but I never was. Also, if you struggle financially this place is not meant for you.

I had a horrible experience with this optometrist office. Make sure you get a receipt and the printer is not broken. They added in extra fees and then gave me nothing for months after I had already paid for my prescription and contacts. Months later after calling over 20 times I finally was able to receive some trial lenses. Absolute scam of a business.

This is our first time visiting their office. Spoke to Tiffany to schedule and she was very helpful and gave us exact details on what to expect. Dr Youseff and her staff are amazing, the were very friendly giving us options to choose for our needs. They were very patient with me with helping find the best contact solution. Purchased sunglasses here for almost $300 I asked the sales rep is they were polarized and they looked through the lens and said yes. I then found out they where not and tried to return them only to find out they do not do refunds only exchange or store credit. They did not have anything I like I only liked that particular pair. I was originally going to give them 5 stars because they were very helpful but the deceit in $300 sale negates the kindness they previously showed. I am very disappointed in these type of sales tactics.
