The lady who helped me was extremely short with me and rude. I made eye contact with her as I walked in and she went to the back. I then stood around waiting for help until finally a person helping another guy asked if Ive been helped yet. I say no and he gets the lady who then reluctantly takes me on as a customer. I already had the pants in hand that I needed and just needed them to be measured for tailoringvery simple. The entire time she was extremely short with me and even when I asked if I can go get my suit coat from my car to make sure the blacks match she tells me that I cant take the pants out of the store in a very odd tone (like I dont already know that) I was going to give the pants to my wife to hold who was standing right beside her but I gave it to her since she was so direct about it. I go make sure the black coat and pants match and proceed to buy the pants that I needed. She then checks us out and doesnt say anything after I pay and say Thank you. Just a very unpleasant experience with a very awkward assistant. I dont want to assume things but I am a younger black man, so its possible that had something to do with it. Whether she has some type of bias or is just extremely awkward, that associate has no business working in customer service and made my experience here very negative. It will be the last time Id ever step foot in this store if its not a pick up order.

They cut the timing very close for our son in law. His suit wasn't ready until a week after the promised date of May 19th. He got it two days before the wedding on May 26!! It could have been a disaster but luckily it all worked out fine. We were pretty shocked as we've been customers for a long time and have never had an issue before. No one needs that stress so close to their wedding day!

Cody who works here is straight up phenomenal! He took care of me right away and made me feel at home! I couldn't ask for a better experience buying my first suit. He hooked me up with a full 3 piece for an amazing price and got me all sorted out for alterations. He's insanely knowledgeable and has an awesome personality.
