Process not really matured. Communications was botched during the week before our car arrived. Day of, they sent text message to see if we could come and pick up the car. Down payment was problematic and customer service wasn't consistent. I did get the car, but not a great experience.
Id rate this a zero if I could. Ordered my car they wouldnt let me use my lender charged me 4% more in interest to use their financing. Waited the 10 days for my car and the day before they texted me saying it would be another 10 days to get delivered. They did nothing to keep my business and when I called said they would cancel the order. This company is complete trash
The car we purchased is great. Financing & eventual delivery were simple. However delivery date was delayed by a month and communication and getting consistent answers from Carvana was spotty. So car/financing/dropoff - all good. Logistics & clarity all bad. If dealerships didn't suck more, I'd never use Carvana again, but dealerships suck even more than Carvana.
A little confusion about what was needed to prove insurance. Waiting for second key to arrive but it had been ordered as the car was delivered. Completely satisfied as of day 7
