I highly recommend hiring Lindsey Hagen as your realtor. We worked with Lindsey for 4-5 months looking for a home that met all of our criteria, especially being in specific school districts while being in our price range. It certainly wasnt an easy task. Lindseys knowledge of the neighborhoods and school districts was invaluable, but her ability to see the potential in properties and the expected cost for the renovations were especially helpful. Shes an expert negotiator and is truly there to work for you. Our home purchase was anything but routine, and Lindsey led us the whole way and we always felt confident that it would work out in our best interest one way or another. She will work as hard as she can to ensure that youre protected and happy with your new home. Those are some of Lindseys professional qualities, but Id also like to talk about her personal qualities. Lindseys as honest of a person that youll find. Theres zero pressure while working with Lindsey. One occurrence that sticks out to me was when we were looking at yet another property, and she said I think you guys can do better. There was never a push for a sale. Her only desire was for us to find a home that wed love to have our daughter grow up in. What really warmed our hearts while working with Lindsey is how great she was with our 2-year old daughter. She was one of the first people outside of my wife and I that she would go to spontaneously and give a hug. Each day, our daughter would ask if we were going to see Auntie. It was so adorable to see.
