In and out in about 2 hours today, and I arrived at 12 noon. Maybe it's my lucky day? The folks in the guard shack were very pleasant and helpful since it was my first time at this facility. The folks at the window inside were also fast and friendly. Out the gate an hour before my scheduled appointment. I give it two thumbs up.
