I am sure this is great for dogs..however this is the second time my cat has come home from here severely traumatised. The dogs barking is very loud and next to the cat pens....not recommended for sensitive cats! Also customer service is poor.....no answer when you call and despite leaving a message as requested no call back happens

We have been taking our 2 dogs here for a few years .The care they are given is great and they know and understand our dogs very well.Suki the shepherd has allergies and they are brilliant with her and all the things she needs done daily to help. In fact our dogs come home every time healthy and happy and for that reason Valley view is the kennels I would use every time without fail.
