I originally gave them a five star because my first impression of them was great. Price with insurance was a little more than I expected to spend but my glasses were ready the same day which made it worth it. I needed glasses for an upcoming trip and explained to the doctor my issues. Im near sighted so I needed to see far and I also have vertigo which I explained I cannot to co facts because they make me feel sick so glasses were the best option for me. I tested my glasses out last night and saw all the signs perfectly. But I couldnt see what was right infront of my face. I called them and they said I would need progressive glasses and it would be $110 more. I explained that my glasses should have been done right the first time and I wasnt paying anymore money. My last pair of glasses were not progressive and I was able to see everything evenly. I want glasses that I can wear and see with and it seems to me that they arent competent enough to know how to do it. They didnt offer a resolution or try and make things right and for that Im truly disappointed. Now I have a $275 (with insurance) pair of glasses that are useless to me.

Dr. Ramsey was pleasant and helpful. Mrs. Darlene at the front desk is the sweetest. Nice office environment and vibe. Very questionable business practices. I drove over 30 min for this visit because I intentionally wanted to support a black business. I had many options available between my home and this office. The overall experience is disappointing and discouraging. I received an invoice for over $1000 each for glasses for two children. My insurance benefits were authorized despite not receiving glasses and the office provided prescriptions that can't be filled other places amongst other shady practices.

This was my very first real eye exam and the staff at Socialite made it amazing! I called for an appt. because of an eye irritation. The process was seem less. When I arrived, the lovely Miss Darlene greeted me with a smile so big that it radiated from behind her mask! Once checked in, Jackie (hope I spelled her name right) came out to greet me and got started right away with my eye exam! What a fun and gentle spirited young lady! Next stop was Dr. Ramsey himself. The man is so thorough in his explanations of whats going on with your eyes! You understand clearly the procedures that hes doing and why. He really leaves no questions to be asked. I was super comfortable throughout my visit and felt so very welcome, from start to finish. I was really worried when I got there and Dr. Ramsey definitely eased my concerns with his calm demeanor. I highly recommend Socialite Vision! They help you SEE what a pleasant experience is supposed to be like! Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism and welcoming spirit!
