Dont order the chicken teriyaki to go if you come here. They wont put the teriyaki sauce with your order even though thats the main thing that comes with it and you paid for it. I called them up and they were pretty much useless

Would give no star if I could the chowmein was burned and I mean really burnt. When the server lifted up the noodles I got a big whiff of that burnt smell. I was ordering 3 large chowmeins so I asked if I can wait for another wok of chowmein and she said they just made this one so they wont make another one. I asked to speak to the manager. He offered to move the big chunks of burnt chowmein and give me the bottom part. It is all burnt . It smells burnt. he said no thats enough for Two chowmein and walked away. I walked out cuz I am not paying for burnt food. Wow! Worst Panda Express hands down. Bring back carnitas if you are not going to make good Panda Express food and give respectful service.

On Wednesday June 1, 2022. Terrible customer service at around 3:00pm - 3:30pm. Walked in and stood waiting for service. One employee walked by and did not acknowledge us. Not even a simple "hi... someone will be right with you...". I noticed there was possibly a shift change. That should be not be an excuse. (I suspect management is partly to blame on the failed operational aspect during shift turnover). I understand the challenges of staff shortages in the services sector... but blatantly walking (back and forth multiple times) in front of your customers who have been standing there for five minutes without at least a simple acknowledgement is terrible. I've been to many other Panda Expresses and was never treated this poorly. Restaurant had no napkins. Three separate customers had to come back to ask for plastic forks. Tables were dirty. Floor in front of the drink machine was wet and slippery. This location does not even have a drive-thru. On the plus side: The food was good. Portion size was generous. Mount Prospect Panda Express has potential. Service is below standards in this particular restaurant when compared to other Panda Expresses.
