Biggest scam! Do Not use Serve pro! I received my textile items back smelling of smoke, and ALLL my leather items were ruined! Not because of the smoke damage but because serve pro is not qualified to clean or "restore" leather items. I mean all items, Shoes (30+ pairs), belts, purses. Poor Quality and No sense of urgency to get your items back to you after a disaster happens. They DO NOT even keep an inventory of your belongings!! Lost several of my belongings! Entire pairs of shoes! They returned single shoes to me haha! Such a scam! Theyre making a killing from the insurance companies and are destroying property. After Months of having my property and insisting they took inventory and photos of everything and brand and necessary details for the insurance... the attached photo shows their detailed inventory.
